Please be patient when you are attempting to contact the practice as reception staff are dealing with an unprecedented number of enquiries.

Please show respect and understanding when dealing with the reception staff as the Practice cannot tolerate rudeness or aggression towards them as they are only performing their role as required by your Doctor and Practice guidelines.

Zero Tolerance of Abuse

Medeco Medical Centre has a ZERO TOLERANCE approach for abusive and/or threatening behaviour towards your doctor, Medeco staff or other patients in the event you are not in agreeance with the surgery’s Policy and Procedures. This includes shouting, swearing, aggressive actions, threats, inappropriate gestures and name calling.

We respectfully advise you that abuse and/or violence will not be tolerated.

All our staff are here to try their best to provide you with help and support, you will be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. In return, we ask that you and anyone that you bring with you to the Practice treat our administrative and clinical staff with the same courtesy and respect.

If a patient or anyone a patient brings with them to the Practice, is abusive, aggressive or violent towards doctors, our staff and/or other patients they will have their appointment cancelled immediately and will be required to leave the clinic.

If patients do not adhere to the practice Policy and Procedures at all times you will be discharged from the clinic’s care and you will need to transfer your care to another practice.

Refusal to leave will result in the police being called.
