Our appointment system caters for urgent, non-urgent, complex, planned chronic care and preventative healthcare. Urgent appointments will be seen by the next available GP.
Please advise reception if you believe you require an urgent appointment. Urgent appointments will be triaged by the nurse on duty.
For continuity of medical treatment we encourage you to see the same doctor. You may request to see the doctor of your choice. Please advise our reception staff if other members of the family need to consult your doctor at the same time as this allows the relevant files to be available to your doctor to deal with each matter.
If you feel you need a longer consultation time with your doctor please feel free to advise the reception staff.
Patients may make an online booking via our website or will be able to make telephone bookings from 9am onwards Monday to Friday or personally attend the Practice in the first instance.
We make every effort to accommodate your preferred time and GP. However, emergencies do occur, and though every effort is made to keep to appointment times, emergencies will be given priority.
Walk-ins:
This centre operates on an appointment basis. Walk-ins are accepted, however there may be an unavoidable wait as priority is given to patients who have a booked appointment with their GP.
Waiting Times:
Sometimes GPs are delayed by patients with urgent or complex issues. We apologise if you’re asked to wait and thank you for your patience.
Unexpected Delays
We hope that you understand that delays sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. At all times we will endeavour to make your wait as short as possible.
