All independent practitioners undertake regular education and training to keep up-to-date with the changes in the medical field. All medical receptionist and nursing staff partake in continuing education and self-development courses. The Practice has achieved and maintained a set of Standards which have been set by the Medical Profession. The Royal College of General Practitioners (RACGP) sets these Standards and assessment of the Practice operation occurs every three years. The Practice is accredited with Australian General Practice Accreditation Ltd (AGPAL).
